What does the price include?

The price includes the custom made dress as well as the postage by express (EMS) Delivery. Shawl, veil or glove is not included. You need pay extra US$10, if your size exceeds U.S.20 standard sizes.

Free EMS Shipping is to USA, Canada, Australia, Germany, U.K., France and so on......
Other country, Such as Brazil, Turkey and other South Africa Country, Mid Asia Country need be charged extra $30 shipping fee.

Can I make the dress from my own pattern?

If you have the pattern of a particular dress that you would like to have made, please contact us (msn or email, skype), again, you will need to supply us with your exact measurements and specify the color that you would like the dress to be made in. We will request that you send the pattern to us in the post and after assessing the amount of work involved and the material that is required, we would then be able to give you a quote.

How to order?

Firstly, you need choose the dress you love;
Secondly you make out the color and the size, then, click buy now, so the dress has been bought. If you want to buy other thing, you could click continue shopping. Otherwise, you could drop proceed to checkout?;
Thirdly, you need make out the information as directions;

As your dress will be made-to-measure, you will need to provide your measurements when placing your order. It's easy - simply ask the person who will be taking your measurements to follow the instructions on our Measuring Assistant. We have a team of professional dressmakers who will create the dress you have selected in the exact size and color specified. We suggest you inquire the professional dressmaker, so your wedding dress will be fit for you.

How are your prices so low?

This is very easy to answer. Our goal is to make your wedding experience.
The best possible experience it can be. As a manufacturer, we don't incur the costs of a supplier which means Wow's Bridal Co. Ltd sold at wholesale prices. We are not looking to pressure our customers into buying a gown that is not right for them. We want to create a personal environment that enables our brides to trust that their own unique dream gown will be materialized.

When should I order?

Please place your order at least 2 months prior to the wedding date. By doing so, you will allow ample time for production and shipping. It also affords you a comfortable time frame to accommodate any alterations if necessary.
Normally, it will take 20-25days to make your dress after we got your payment. So, you can get your dress in 40 days.

What is a rush order?

Pay extra US$30 for a rush order. You can get your dress in 20 days.

What is your return police?

All sales are final and cannot be cancelled at the point of purchase. Due to the special nature of our merchandise, we cannot accommodate exchanges or refunds under any circumstances. In addition, our vendors are unable to cancel or make any changes or modifications to any order once it has been placed. Please be sure of the style, size, color, and any other specifications before submitting your order. Also, standardized dye lots cannot be guaranteed for orders with multiple gown styles.
Our company only accepts returns in the case of damaged or incorrectly delivered merchandise. If you find any flaw or damage you think was missed during our inspection, you have 5 business days from the time EMS delivers to the designated shipping address to notify us, you must email a digital picture of the damage in question to informalweddingdresses@gmail.com. If we should be charged with the mistake, we will make you satisfy as you demand. Maybe all money will be refunded after deduction of the mailing and handling fees. Mailing fees will be charged again for any change and return of products. Please contact us within 5 days after receiving the gown. Failure to do so shall not be valid for any refund. Returned goods must be in their original condition. Return of gowns will only be considered for notice within 15 days after receipt of products. For additional time, we will refuse to receive the dress. Please note that we are unable to accept responsibility for the gown being made to the wrong size if inaccurate measurements were given when placing the order.

How do I pay?

Is there a charge for sales tax?

There is no charge for sales tax on all orders.

How do I measure?

For the dress fits you very much, we offer a measure method. All dress will be custom-made to the exact measurements.

Can I order fabric?

We accept fabric order in addition to a dress order. To place a fabric order, please send email to informalweddingdresses@gmail.com for pricing and order instruction.
Please be aware that fabric orders are not cut at the same time as the dress order and may be cut from a different bolt of material, which can result in dye lot variation.

How will I be notified of my order status?

We contact our customers by email at various points of the order process. It is imperative the customer includes an email address on their order.
The first email is sent immediately after an order is submitted to confirm your order is in our system. The second is sent to confirm your measurement and shipping address. A shipping confirmation email will be sent when your order is shipped from our location and will include the tracking number.

What if my payment is declined?

Orders are not processed if the payment is declined. It is the customer's responsibility to contact us if their payment is declined. We will then verify the payment status and instruct our customer to resubmit the order.

How can I check the status of my order?

How long is shipping from your location to me?

All gowns and products we offer are new. We do not accept or offer resale items.
